This page describes how to manage the Digistyle.it website by Simone Buratti (from now on "Holder") in relation to the processing of your personal data (from now on "Interested" or "User") that consults it and/or that you register at the service of sending electronic communications by the Owner (for sending communications related to the activity of the latter).
This is an information provided (according to art. 13 et seq. of Regulation EU 679/2016 – from now on "Regulation" -) to those who interact with web services and relating to the protection of personal data, accessible via telematics from https://www.systemiperticlietterie.it, corresponding to the homepage of this Site (hereinafter "Site"). The information is provided only for the Site and not for other websites possibly consulted by the user via links.
The personal data of the User, collected at the time of navigation and/or registration in this website and/or through e-mail messages (from now on even only "Data") are treated in accordance with the requirements of national and European legislation and the rights granted by law to the "data subject".
1. Purpose of processing and legal basis
Following consultation of the Site, Data (related to the User and therefore to identified or identifiable persons) can be processed.
The processing of the Data will have the following purposes:
(a) facilitate the navigation of the Site and the technical use of the services described therein, carry out web analysis, verify the number of visitors to the Site, check the progress of relations with the Users of the Site; in such cases legal basis the processing is the legitimate interest of the owner to manage the Site to maintain a proper functioning of the Site and to protect his rights;
(b) detect any requests for information and/or execute the services requested through the Site; in such cases legal basis processing is the execution of measures taken at the request of the interested party, the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the interested party;
(c) fulfilling obligations arising from laws, regulations and Community legislation; in that last case legal basis processing is the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.
Further information on the purposes of processing are indicated in the section "Cookies Policy" below.
2. Place of processing, categories of recipients and transfer of Data to a third country
The processing, connected to the website services, takes place at the Data Controller’s headquarters and the Data are processed, for the purposes indicated above, by staff, employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, by the Data Controller in charge/authorised and/or appointed external data controller and not to third parties. The Data are not subject to dissemination.
I Data may be communicated and processed by companies and consultants of the Owner – and/or their representatives – for the design and/or maintenance of the technological part of the Site and for the performance of instrumental, supporting or functional activities to the execution of the contracts or services requested by the interested party. In any case, these subjects will process and communicate to further third parties the Data as independent owners or data controllers (ex art. 28 of the Regulation) in accordance with the Data Controller's directives, also in the field of security, for the purposes indicated above.
The transfer of extra-EU data is not foreseen to date. In any case, the Data may be transferred to non-EU countries exclusively within the scope of the purposes indicated above and in compliance with the Regulation (so on the basis of a decision of the European Commission on the adequacy of the level of protection of personal data guaranteed by the third country or on the basis of adequate guarantees, referred to in Articles 45 and 46 of the Regulation), or, in the absence, for example, if it is necessary for the execution of a contract between the Data Controller and the Data Subject, or in favour of the latter, or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the latter, or on the basis of the prior consent of the latter (as provided for in Article 49 of the Regulation).
3. Types of Data Processed
3.1 Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site (e.g. to obtain statistical information on the use of the services – most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to check their proper functioning. The navigation data are deleted after the relative statistical processing and in any case are not stored on the server for more than 7 days from the time of collection or otherwise are
kept anonymous, unless their further retention is necessary for the detection of offences on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to counter any cyber attacks. The browsing data could in fact be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
3.2 Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the Site prepared for particular services on request.
Cookies and other tracking systems
We do not use cookies or other tracking methods for profiling Users.
Instead, use of session cookies (not persistent) is made in a strictly limited way to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the control of the User, where on servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information relating to cookies remain recorded in the service logs, with storage times however not exceeding seven days as well as other navigation data.

4. Optional provision of data
Except as specified for navigation data, the User is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms of the Site, for example to request the sending of the newsletter, information material or other communications. Failure to provide them can only result in the impossibility of obtaining what is requested. For completeness it should be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Guarantor Authority may request, from the Data Controller, the Data Processor, or even to third parties, to provide information and to present documents also in accordance with art. 58 of the Regulation, for the purposes of checking the processing of personal data. In such cases, the answer is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.
5. How to process and store data
The processing of the Data will take place in a manner suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality and can be carried out in paper mode or by electronic or in any case automated, computerized, manual and logical means, however aimed at ensuring that the Data are treated in a safe way, are always intact and available and are treated in compliance with the principles laid down in EU Regulation 679/2016 and for the only intended purposes. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of Data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
I Data shall be stored for the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of these purposes (referred to in points (a, b and c) above).
6. Rights of interested parties
The interested party may exercise the following rights (specifically described in art. 15 to art. 22 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016), by contacting the Data Controller (to the email address below): ask the Data Controller to confirm whether or not data concerning him is being processed and, in that case, to obtain access to the data; request their rectification and/or integration, cancellation or limitation of their processing; object to their treatment; request portability; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; obtain all available information on the origin of the Data and the categories of Data, if not collected from the Data Subject; obtain information on the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the interested party; not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
In cases where the legal basis of the processing is consent (e.g. for sending electronic communications concerning the activity carried out by the Data Controller), the Data Subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
